STILL KICKIN'
OK so I know that it has been a long time since I posted anything. I just feel like I have been Super busy! So here is what has been happening...
I got released from Young Women's! Sad, but true! It was definitely an emotional thing for me. I cried all week and that Sunday too, I love the Young Women! They are some of my greatest friends and it is hard to change since I have been in the Young womens most of married life and these young women in particular for the last 4 years! BUT IT HAS BEEN A GOOD RUN!! And although I'm sad it was getting hard since both Clay and I were needed on mutual nights and chasing the kids was a chore!

(Here are some pics of girls camp this year! IT Was GREAT!)
SO now you would think I would have had so much time.... WRONG!! I got made the Cultural Art Specialist! Yeah I know... WHAT IS THAT RIGHT!? Well I was in charge of the ROAD SHOW and the Road Show was just about one month away from the day I got called. NOTHING had been done! Starting from Scratch! I Never done this before nor have I even been in a road show as far as I can remember! Well thanks to some great friends and all the help from my ward we were able to pull one together. It was great! After all the worry and the hard work it really was a blast and if you asked me, ours was the very best, But I am a little biased! Everyone pitched in and did their part and it was a GOOD time! NOT QUITE AN UNCLE CURTIS PRODUCTION, but I think he would liked it!

(This is the 91 year old brother who was a star in the road show! HE is Awesome!)
Anyway now that it is over I can stop neglecting my family and have a normal life! YEAH RIGHT!! NORMAL probably not! So hopefully soon I can post an update of family and what has been happening with them!

LUCKY!
JULY 29 is an important day for me ... 29 years ago I graced the world with my presence! :) I joined a loving family with the best Mother, Father and two sisters the world could offer. I had awesome grandparents too! I had it all! My childhood was great I had lots of fun memories. I had a pony named Tomasina, and a dog named skippy, a hamster named Holly! I had 3 great brothers and another sister added to my gang of friends and we did have fun together and STILL DO! NOW That is LUCKY!!!

7 years ago on this day, My best friend and the man of my dreams asked me to marry him! And what a life we have had so far! Two beautiful kids, lots of laughs and lots of fun! I AM SO LUCKY!
I love that song LUCKY... I really am lucky to be in love with my best friend and lucky to have been where I have been.
I am not however so lucky to have turned 29, but hey what the HECK!
This has been a fun couple of weeks I don't have much pictures but we did have lots of fun. We lived it up during all the spanish fork fun for the 24th. We went to the Rodeo, the CARNIval, several parades and the out door movie. It was great fun, plus we found out that the Hawaiian Ice is AWESOME!!(and a good price) Clay and I just got back for a little get away to park city! It was great! NO KIDS! I love my kids, but it feels nice to have sometime alone. We went to a movie did some golfing, went out to eat. It was really so fun! Then I had my birthday and My cute little family made me a cake and for dinner we went on a picnic to the park. It feels like summer has been one GIGANTIC CELEBRATION!!
We have done so many fun things! I just don't want it to end. My hubby left to Alasaka for a week of fishing with his Dad and brothers and two good friends. I hope he catches a lot of FISH! And then I am going to GIRLS CAMP!!! :) YIPEE! Anyway Back to being LUCKY! I am not always lucky sometimes I have bad luck, but I really am SO BLESSED that is for sure!

I LOVE CALIFORNIA!!!
We went to California for a little Vacation! Oh it was WONDERFUL! We went to see my sweet Grandma who is turning 81. The reason for our trip was her a surprise birthday party. And she really was surprised! This was the best VACATION EVER! Some of the highlights included... DISNEYLAND, Knott's Berry Farm and Santa Monica Pier. We really did have a blast! My Grandma's house is a theme park in and of itself. There is always good food from costco and She has plenty of fun things for the kids to enjoy, like motorized wheel chairs, the seat that takes you up and down the stairs, the Jacuzzi and more. I have so many great memorizes of my Grandma and Grandpa's house from when I was little, I am so glad that I got to make some more with my kids.
Here are some of the best moments!
(you thought I was kidding about her toys...)
The Happiest place on earth.
But Tytan wasn't to thrilled about any of the characters!
But Katelin Ate it all up!
Knott's Berry Farm (we actually really played snoopy up before we left because we didn't know if we would make it to disneyland and we wanted Katelin to be excited. Well when we got home from Disneyland she told my mom. "I didn't even see Snoopy once!"
Scariest ride ever!!!
AND THE OTHER SCARIEST RIDE!
And MY BROTHER got his name drawn out to be in a pie eating contest and HE WON!!
AND THE PRIZE... A PIE!
Santa Monica Pier
GRandma's Party
(My Nephew RILEY who just got baptised. I LOVE YOU RILEY!)
ON our way home... Playing in Mesquite
