MY latest HOme Improvement projects are pretty much done, I am just waiting for the baseboards and trim to get put up. But Here is what I did... (This is for Laura she has been bugging me to post this so she can see finish products)
I Hated my closet it was just a small closet that couldn't fit all mine and clays clothes. My room was a funny shape with a little useless area... So We knocked out the old closet and we put a wall up to in the useless area and made it into a walk in closet. I love it! I have so much more closet space and that make me happy! (It is funny because my room feels bigger because the old closet made it really closed off.) Ok now I also needed a bigger pantry for food storage so I put our winter coats in the walkin closets and made a little welcome area by my back door and put a rack up to hang the jackets that we are currently using. And finally my brother helped me build shelves in my coat closet so I can use that as a pantry. It was a lot of Crazy ideas, but I am happy with all of it.
USeless space before...
My bedroom after...
My new closet...
My Back entry...
My new pantry...
Easter was fun! We had lots of Easter egg hunts and it was great! We actually celebrated it two weeks in a row because my parents were on a cruise for Easter! No fair huh! But here are some pictures...
Katelin started dance lessons. She loves to dance and she is pretty good at it. I am really excited to have her doing something fun that will channel all her energy for good!
Over spring break we went down to Mesquite to see our good friends the Bunkers! We miss them... They used to live so close(in the basement apartment) and now they are too far away, but we love to see them when ever we get a chance.

Timpview High had a fund raiser for their ballroom dance team they had a "Dancing with the Teachers" kind of like Dancing with the Stars. Clay had been asked to participate and had been learning the paso doble. He would come home and show me his moves and he even said we should take a ballroom dance class! Wouldn't that be fun!! So last night we went and watched his performance. He did pretty dang good job for a guy that doesn't dance and Katelin LOVED IT! He didn't win, but he was definately the BEST LOOKING!!! I think he would kill me if I posted the dance, so here are the only still pictures I got...

Hey Kris,
Your house looks great! What an amazing closet -- how long did it take? I am so happily shocked at Clay's ballroom dancing skills. Steffan and I just went and saw the BYU ballroom dance team perform here in KC last week. It was awesome! I would love to take a ballroom dance class. Let me know if you do, because it would motivate me! I still can't believe how much Ty looks like your dad!
